The Temptations have been one of the most iconic vocal groups in pop music, known for their smooth stepping and flawless performances that exude flair, flash and class.

Through the decades they’ve recorded a long string of hit singles and albums and have performed to sold-out audiences throughout the world.

Launching their career on the Motown label in the early ’60s, The Temptation’s career skyrocketed with the hit song “The Way You Do the things You Do.”

An avalanche of hits followed in the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s including “My Girl,” “Since I Lost My Baby,” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “I Wish It Would Rain,” “I Can’t Get Next to You,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” and “Treat Her Like A Lady.”

In the ’90s and early 2000s, the Temptations continued releasing a number of successful albums including Grammy-award winning Ear Resistible and Grammy-nominated Reflections (2005).

The Temptations long and lucrative career has also been the subject of an Emmy-award winning TV miniseries and the critically-acclaimed musical, “Ain’t Too Proud – The Life and Times of the Temptations.”
