Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final and all concerts are held rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed. Lawn ticket holders who want to upgrade to pavilion seats for the same concert may do so, but additional fees will apply.
DONATE Your Tickets
If you can’t attend the concert, please consider turning your tickets into a tax-deductible, charitable contribution to SVMF. We appreciate all donations because they help us to keep the doors open and to serve the community. If you would like to donate your tickets please call our office at 540-459-3396 or email us at: admin@musicfest.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Any tickets turned into the box office the day of the concert will be processed as a donation. We will not give away your unused tickets for you. Standing inside the box office tent in an attempt to give away tickets on the day of the concert is strictly prohibited.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is available in the pavilion and you may order your tickets for ADA seating online. Please contact the Festival office at 540-459-3396 with questions, concerns or requests for special accommodations.
ADA Service Dogs
Service dogs, as defined by the ADA, are allowed. All other animals are prohibited.
Ticket fees
Ticket and processing fees are as follows:
- $8.00 administrative fee – This fee applies to each ticket purchased, regardless of whether you buy your tickets online, by phone, in person at the festival office or at the gate on the day of the concert.
- $6.00 processing fee for phone orders – This fee is applied to the total order amount, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. This does not apply to orders that are eligible for group discounts, since those orders must be made by phone.
- Ticket prices increase $4 the day of the concert. In addition to the increase in price, the above fees also apply.
